2020 Mead Crafters Competition

The National Honey Board is in search of the best meads for its Mead Crafters Competition.

The Mead Crafters Competition is a BJCP sanctioned competition hosted by the National Honey Board to recognize the best meads in the United States. The competition will be judged by BJCP-certified judges.

Here’s What You Need to Know

Each entry consists of two 750ml bottles, or the equivalent of.

Fill out the registration form on this website by September 3, 2020. The competition will be limited to 350 entries.

Meaderies may submit multiple entries per category, but each mead may only be entered in one category. Meaderies will be limited to 5 entries.

The mead must be commercially available in the United States.
