2023 Mead Crafters Competition
Rules
- Each entry must use honey, either as a distillate or as a sweetener to enhance the product.
- Meadery must be located in the United States.
- Entries must be commercially available in the United States.
- Meadery must be operational, which means that it must be actively distilling spirits in a licensed/permitted location.
- Meadery must have a federal TTB (U.S. Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau) Basic Permit.
